Dorothy's Gift Baskets will ship all 3 day select air, 2nd day air and next day air orders received before 12 PM PST/ 3 PM EST the same day and all 3 day select air, 2nd day air and next day air orders received after 12 PM PST/ 3 PM EST the next business day. There are about a dozen or so of our gifts that must be shipped next day air, due to heat sensitivity of gift contents. I'm sorry but we are not responsible for the condition of these gifts if they are not shipped next day.
All ground orders will ship within 24-48 business hours, and will arrive within 2-5 business days(no guarantees, but usually delivered within 3 business days for most), depending on what state your gift is shipped to. Dorothy's Gift Baskets  serves the right to alter same day shipping cut-off during all holiday periods.

All orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping by 3:00 PM EST ship the same day. Air orders placed after 3:00 PM EST ship the next business day. All ground orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day.
